Google Chromium 4.0, the pre-alpha version of Chrome is fastest browser in world both on PC and Mac OS X, confirms a test. Though it scores and impressive and incredible speed it is still crashy and buggy. When benchmarking Chrome 4.0 it recorded a good score. It completed Sun Spider JavaScript benchmark in 657 ms. It showed that it is 34% faster than Safari 4.0.3, which scored 886ms on the same 2.0GHz Intel PC. Firefox and Opera10 Beta3 scored 1508ms and 5958ms respectively. That means the Chrome 4.0 is twice as fast as Firefox.
Chrome 4.0 has themes and skins that universally supports across almost all platforms, which give it a different and nice look than the previous version.
Chrome 4.0 best supports Adobe Flash, ironically the previous version didnt support Adobe flash on OS X, meaning Google’s own youtube was not supported.
Well, if Google eliminates the bugs and give it more extensions than it can be challenging to other popular browsers like Firefox.

Is it avialable now?
